What is 'TagWise'?
'tagwise' is a source for free, tag-based advertisements. The advertisements can be either 'Offer' or a 'Request'. The posts can be 'classifieds' or 'website advertisements' or simply 'links to your blog'. TagWise will let you reach a wider audience on the web, be it for selling your used cell phone or renting a flat or even posting advertisements for jobs for your own tiny little company. Yes, it is absolutely free to post your listings.
What are tags? and weights (Importance) to the tags?
Tags helps interested audience to find out about your listing. Tags are one of the most imporant attributes of your listing. Weights allow to assign importance to a particular tag in the listing, which decide where your results will appear when someone search for tags you enter. Below are some examples that may help you understand this better -
Mehul, who has bought a new cell phone and wants to sell his old Nokia 1100. He lives in say Badoda, he may want to have following tags to the listing 'nokia', '1100', 'cellphone', 'badoda' (note tags are not case sensitive.) and assign weights as following -
- nokia 25%
- 1100 20%
- cellphone 25%
- badoda 30%
Which will help the interested people looking for nokia cellphones in badoda to figure out about Mehul's listing, than one from some other city say delhi.
I am really confused about this tags and weights, what should I do?
Trying to utilize 'tagwise' will have a small learning curve to correctly understand and assign tags and weights to each tag. You can try different combinations to figure out best match for your listings.
How many listings are allowed ?
Right now there is no limit on number of listings you can create, in future we may be compelled to (and we hope so) to put a cap on the listings per user.
What is Tagline?
Tagline is a placeholder for letting you write something 'interesting' upon the listing. This is something more than title and something less than the actual post contents or something else that you think should go there.

What listings are allowed on 'Paahijen'?
In general, we believe that mature users ie. you will use this facility responsibly, however following is a list of some items/materials which is NOT permitted.
- Advertisement for sale of Alcoholic Beverages
- Advertisement for sale of blood, bodily fluids or body parts (note: blood banks are ok)
- Counterfeit Items
- Illegal Drugs and Drug paraphernalia
- Hazardous, restricted and perishable items
- Identity documents, personal financial records and personal information in any form.
- Email address, telephone number lists etc.
- Stocks and any other securities (websites/services providing analysis and guidance for stock market trading are alright)
- Weapons of any kind
- Obscene contents and child pornography.
- Tobacco products
- "Pyramid Schemes" and "Multi-level Marketing"
- "Cellular SIM cards" unless authorized by telecom service providers.
- Listings abusive and targetting individuals or communities belonging to any cast, creed, color, sex or religion. (Advertisements for elections are okay.)
- Company secrets, trade secrets and/or any information which is not otherwise in public domain.
- Listings not explicitely mentioned here but advertising which is unlawful in general.
- Hacking and cracking materials.
- Miracle drugs
Please, note we reserve a right to delete any listing, that we find 'offensive' and does NOT adhere to the policy, without any prior notice. In certain unfortunate cases, you may want to send us a feedback, where your listing gets accidentally deleted.
